Our Inspectors:
Our sub-contracted field agents have an average of 10 years experience in their respective fields, and have been trained on our company's high standards by members of our leadership team. We also insist that all of our-sub-contracted employees must pass a background screening check and have current required certificates and/or licenses as mandated by state or federal laws.. |
Our Services:
Our service is the result of diligent attention to detail and a caring staff that is personally involved in the organization of each job. We take the extra steps necessary to ensure that our customers always feel satisfied with any transactions with AIS. We have also implemented a two part feedback program. This is our way of letting both, the parties that have been inspected and also the party requesting the inspection to voice their opinions and rate our company on several factors. This system operates on a 1 to 5 points system, one being poor, three is average and five is great. Feedback is averaged out and able to be viewed on our website. Each feedback form consists of 10 questions covering multiple steps throughout the transaction.
