| We are happy to present an incentive for all of our customers. This plan is based on a monthly volume. Every calendar month each company’s total jobs will be calculated and if they meet the requirements listed below they will automatically get processed for the rebate. |
| 10 – 49Jobs per calendar month the client will receive 5% savings. |
| 50 – 99Jobs per calendar month the client will receive 7.5% savings. |
| 100 – 149Jobs per calendar month the client will receive 10% savings. |
| 150 – 199Jobs per calendar month the client will receive 12.5% savings |
| 200 +Jobs per Calendar month the client will receive 15% savings |

| **NOTE** This offer is good for the year 2008 only. Rebates are based off of a regular job at the rate of $65.00. All jobs which are over the regular based rate are included in the total month count but will not be subject to the rebate deduction. |
